海虾干
1.
新鲜海虾洗净后去除头部
2.
控干水分后加入适量盐拌匀
3.
放入锅中翻炒
4.
炒至水分蒸发,虾表面干爽
5.
放入烤盘中,烤箱预热150度将虾烘干即可
6.
拿出后放在室内常温晾几个小时
7.
放入布袋中摔,将虾皮摔掉即可
